Our protein begins with a strain of baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), the remarkable microorganism that has been a trusted part of our food system for thousands of years in bread and beverages. Instead of a field, we cultivate our yeast in a pure, controlled environment similar to a craft brewery, feeding it simple nutrients like molasses from sugar beets. This clean fermentation process gives us complete control over quality, ensuring our source is free from the pesticides, heavy metals, and pollutants often found in traditional agriculture.
From there, we transform the whole yeast into a pure protein powder. We use gentle heat and the yeast’s own natural enzymes to unlock the valuable protein from within the cell. Next, a high-speed spinning process carefully separates the pure protein from everything else. This is what makes it a protein ‘isolate’—we remove the yeast cell wall and other components, leaving behind a smooth, neutral-tasting powder with no active or inactive yeast. This vanilla protein has become a staple for me. It blends perfectly into smoothies, oatmeal, or even coffee—literally anything. It’s got that light vanilla flavor that makes everything taste better but not too sweet or artificial. Super easy on my stomach too (no more bloat like with whey). I use it almost every day and never get tired of it.

Love the fine protein powder and the taste! There is almost zero grit, it blends so smoothly. No weird aftertaste or odd sweetener flavors. I can add this to water and drink plain and it tastes delicious! Best part is I have no bloating or stomach issue digesting it. I am super sensitive to other plant based proteins and I'm vegan. I'm also cautious about sugar content, and ingredients that induce leaky gut and candida. So far this is the best protein powder that I've tried by FAR!!

This stuff is great. Forget the basically perfect amino acid composition Spacemilk mixes easily with just my spoon, goes does easily, and never bloats me or repeats.
Taste is good but not great ( vanilla) but considering how vile or over sweet most others are this is more than fine.
And I love that its not dairy. The best of all worlds
