We stand behind every scoop of Spacemilk. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.
Only purchases made directly on www.spacemilk.com are covered by this policy. (Orders placed through Amazon or any third-party retailer are not eligible.)
- We’ll send a replacement product to you free of charge once your return is processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose store credit, you’ll receive 100% of the product price you paid, excluding shipping and sales tax (if applicable). Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used toward any product on www.spacemilk.com.
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be less than 50% consumed to qualify for return.
- Returns are limited to a maximum of two containers total across two different flavors.
- All items must be returned by mail to the return address provided by our team once your request is submitted.

Multiple or repeated return requests may be subject to additional review prior to approval.
Please Note: As part of our quality assurance standards, all returned nutrition products — even if unopened — are safely and responsibly disposed of and cannot be resold.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us here and let us know whether you’d like a replacement or store credit.
- We’ll email you the return address.
- Ship your product back to us and email us the tracking number once sent.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your replacement or store credit within 24 hours.
