For example, we may retain certain data as necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for recordkeeping or other legitimate business purposes, or if required by law. We may also retain information which has been de-identified or aggregated such that it can no longer reasonably identify a particular individual. All retained personal information will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We try to ensure that our Service and information sent to us are safe, but no security measures are perfect. We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. All direct payment gateways utilized by us adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The PCI-DSS was created and is enforced by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of payment card brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
