Add all your ingredients into a small blender and blend til smooth.
Crush up your three oreo thins and mix into the batter.
Add the batter evenly to your 8 small cupcake molds.
Air fry on 250 degrees F for 15-17 minutes.
Once done, let them cool in the cupcake molds for about 10 minutes. Then transfer to the fridge to cool for another 30-60 mintues. The longer the better.
